Our Values
____
Faith — living and sharing the love of Jesus
"Faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see." — Hebrews 11:1
Our faith is rooted in the love of Jesus Christ. We want it to be more than words — a way of life, and the foundation of our decisions, on the court and beyond.
Integrity — doing the right thing when no one is looking
"He holds success in store for the upright, he is a shield to those whose walk is blameless." — Proverbs 2:7
Our players act with honesty and take responsibility. Integrity means our values, our words, and our actions line up — in the game and in life.
Service — loving and helping others
"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others." — 1 Peter 4:10
We see service as a way of life, not a one-time act. We are not consumers, but participants — not spectators, but fellow workers. We look for ways to care for the people around us.
Initiative — doing things when not being asked
"Do not merely listen to the word . Do what it says." — James 1:22
We build a culture of action, not of waiting. We don't wait for perfect conditions — we start with what we have and take responsibility for the result.
Discipline — extra practice, extra study for personal improvement and growth
"No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace." — Hebrews 12:11
We know that results come from daily habits, not rare bursts of effort. Discipline shapes character, creates order, and helps each player reach their potential.
Leadership — leading others in a way that focuses on their needs to help them grow
"In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps." — Proverbs 16:9
For us, leadership is not a title — it is responsibility for people and for the future. A true leader thinks ahead, cares about the growth of others, and connects everyday tasks to a greater purpose.
This is the generation we're building with. Will you help?
